For a wrinkle-free fit of the garment (e.g. for competitions) we recommend to choose one size smaller.

Care instructions

- Hand wash ( 30°C ) with mild detergent without optical brightener.
- do not use fabric softener (it attacks the spandex fibre)
- do not tumble dry or dry in direct sunlight 
- Do not iron
- Do not use deodorant (colour changes possible).
